MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the staff of the mechanical workshop, electronic/electrical sections
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork, participate in recruitment and monitor staff performance and procedures
Responsible for all operations of engineering processes
Implement and maintain data in company systems
Control production and operational parameters, manage material and tool consumption in the production process, analysis and plan corrective actions
Managing of spare parts, materials, equipment and tools necessary for the production process
Manage company assets for maintenance purposes
Manage departmental financial plans - opex, capex incl. planning and analyzing
Control invoices for supplies and services
Monitor and ensure continuous supply of energy carriers (gas, water, electricity) and control consumption
Assist with implementation and maintenance of systems, including conducting internal audits as required
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor education ideally in engineering (mechanical, electrical or electronic)
3-5 years of experience in the position required (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment)
High knowledges of manufacturing and engineering processes
Knowledge of SAP, MS office
Management experience
Attention to detail and precision
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to problem solve and be able to motivate others
Proactive approach, self-initiative welcome
Resistance to stress
English B2, Czech C2
